About the position

Cintas is seeking a Production Manager - Global Supply Chain who will be responsible for creating a high-performing operational environment with a team that is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives. This role is crucial in developing a high-performing team, overseeing all plant operations at the location, and ensuring the on-time delivery of products that exceed customer expectations, service, and quality standards. The Production Manager will position Cintas as a leader and the best in the industry by fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The Production Manager will actively work with the LX Coordinator to ensure that all large orders are completed in a timely manner, thereby enhancing the customer experience. This role also emphasizes the importance of creating a partner experience by sustaining a highly motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce where partners feel supported and are encouraged to perform at their best. Safety and risk management are paramount in this position. The Production Manager will create, promote, and sustain a culture of world-class safety, ensuring that the production department operates in compliance with internal corporate audit requirements and all corporate policies. This includes implementing safety, health, and environmental systems and protocols, engaging partners in safety and ergonomic improvements, and participating in monthly Safety Improvement Committee meetings. Effective communication is essential for this role. The Production Manager will collaborate with the DC Manager and other department leaders to ensure that the production team is aligned with shared location goals and achieving key performance indicators. Developing personal relationships with key stakeholders will be necessary to provide the necessary resources to service and exceed customer expectations. The role also involves maintaining positive communication with rental locations and customer service, including conducting quarterly goodwill calls with primary rental locations. In addition to these responsibilities, the Production Manager will perform all other duties as assigned, utilizing their skills and working in conditions necessary to complete all assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Actively work with the LX Coordinator to ensure timely completion of large orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
  • Two years industry experience preferred.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.
