About the position

Cintas is seeking a Production Manager - Level 2 who will be responsible for creating a high-performing operational environment. This role requires a team-focused, motivated, and inspired approach to achieve team objectives. The Production Manager will oversee all plant operations at a specific location, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations, service, and quality standards. This position is crucial in positioning Cintas as a leader in the industry. The Production Manager will actively engage with the Sales and Service teams, conducting plant tours, setting appropriate expectations, and resolving quality issues to ensure business growth and retention. Creating a supportive environment for a diverse workforce is essential, as is promoting a culture of world-class safety. The manager will ensure compliance with internal corporate audit requirements and all corporate policies, implementing safety protocols and engaging partners in safety improvements. Effective communication is key in this role. The Production Manager will collaborate with the General Manager and other department leaders to align the production team with shared location goals and key performance indicators. Building personal relationships with key stakeholders will be necessary to provide the resources needed to exceed customer expectations. The manager will also maintain positive communication with the Service team and participate in various meetings and initiatives to support the overall success of the location.

Responsibilities

• Actively work with Sales and Service teams conducting plant tours and resolving quality issues.
• Create an environment that sustains a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
• Promote and sustain a culture of world-class safety within the production department.
• Ensure compliance with internal corporate audit requirements and corporate policies.
• Implement and maintain all aspects of the safety scorecard and fatality prevention program.
• Engage partners in safety and ergonomic improvements to eliminate injuries.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department leaders to achieve shared location goals.
• Develop personal relationships with key stakeholders to provide necessary resources for customer service.
• Maintain positive communication with the location Service team and Branch leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
• Two years industry experience preferred.
• Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.
• Have an active driver's license.
