About the position

The Production Manager Trainee program at Mission Linen Supply is designed to fast-track high-potential individuals into management roles within the production and general management sectors of the company. This nine-month program provides comprehensive training under experienced operations managers, preparing trainees to lead their own production facilities and advance into higher management positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a fast-track training program to learn production management.
  • Work closely with experienced operations managers to understand all aspects of production management.
  • Learn production workflow utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques.
  • Gain knowledge in inventory control, quality control initiatives, and cost control.
  • Complete progress reports and participate in management development workshops.
  • Prepare for relocation to manage a team within the first three years of the career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly desired.
  • Strong leadership potential and a commitment to learning.
  • Ability to relocate after completion of the program.
  • Military experience is welcomed but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
