About the position

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the assembly line operations, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
• Oversee the fabrication processes, ensuring that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials are available for production needs.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices for using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting.
• Proficiency in operating assembly line equipment and understanding fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
