About the position

Bronwick, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a client located in the North Denver, Colorado area. This client specializes in the fabrication and installation of natural and engineered stone countertops. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses relevant experience in the stone industry. The Production Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all jobs are produced on schedule while adhering to the highest quality standards. This position requires a proactive approach to improving operational effectiveness and efficiency, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams including Sales, Scheduling, Programming, and Purchasing. The Production Manager will oversee a direct team of more than 10 individuals and will also manage correspondence with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all jobs are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate with the Sales team, Scheduler, Programmer, and Purchasing Coordinator to streamline processes.
• Oversee a direct team of 10+ people and manage subcontractor correspondence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Production Management experience
• 3+ years of Stone Industry experience
• Six Sigma Certification or similar education (preferred)
