About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our 2nd Shift Mill and Shop at Rodgers Wade. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes and managing teams effectively. Responsible for the direction, supervision, and productivity of 2nd Shift Mill and Shop. Follows detailed work schedule, ensures quality and quantity standards, as well as production and safety procedures and goals are met. Supervises and trains personnel and other similar duties pertaining to the Mill and Shop.
