About the position

The Production Manager at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is responsible for leading and managing the production team to ensure safe and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing Lean tools for process improvement, and fostering effective communication and team building within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hire employees for safe and high-quality production.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review processes to track progress against action plans.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure focusing on equipment uptime and operator feedback.
• Utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies.
• Build highly effective production teams through team building and ongoing coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of management experience.
