About the position

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing a team to ensure that production plans are fulfilled while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves promoting employee integrity through security tools, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and optimizing resources for production efficiency. The Production Manager also participates in business strategy deployment and executes HR processes, fostering a positive work environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Advise a team of employees to ensure critical metrics are met and production plans are fulfilled.
  • Promote and ensure employee integrity through security tools implemented in the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including product safety and QA Handbook.
  • Follow customer requirements, both internal and external, to maintain production standards.
  • Maintain production plan fulfillment while optimizing resources and producing in sequence.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with area KPIs.
  • Participate in the deployment of business strategy within the group.
  • Execute HR processes such as IDP, Merit, and PRP.
  • Generate a work environment based on the organization's principles and values.
  • Provide continuous training, feedback, monitoring, evaluation, and support to shift leaders and team leaders.
  • Support continuous improvement programs using LCI tools.
  • Conduct problem-solving through root cause analysis and implement improvements.
  • Evaluate and decide on the feasibility of compliance with production plans in the short term.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Manufacturing or Production Management role.
  • 5+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • 5+ years of proven ability in developing production plans, schedules, and processes to meet demands.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing budgets.
  • Proven experience in building teams and establishing a positive work culture.
