Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily fleet washing operations across field, office, and shop environments.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and maintenance of fleet washing equipment.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor a team of field technicians and shop personnel.
• Work alongside the team, leading from the front to drive performance and growth.
• Coordinate with the operations manager and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a production or operational management role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in both field and office settings.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within service areas.
