About the position

The Production Manager at i2Systems is responsible for leading the manufacturing team in the production of advanced LED lighting systems. This role involves planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending operational improvements to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee the assembly and fabrication of products using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, working with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing an assembly line or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
