About the position

The Production Manager at EverLine Coatings is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations within the local business unit. This role is critical for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of work execution, and supporting the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on developing employees while optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with owner on strategy and goal setting for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for ownership
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or similar role
