Join the Paul Davis Team! The Production Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget. This role offers a base salary of up to $80,000, plus a monthly bonus structure, and includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) benefits. As a Production Manager, you will manage and delegate the starting and completion of reconstruction projects, train and coach team members, and communicate frequently with customers regarding project status. You will conduct performance reviews, find and train new team members, and manage resources for emergency services. Your responsibilities will also include creating work orders, scheduling vendors and subcontractors, managing on-site foremen, ordering materials, approving purchase orders, and collecting account receivables. You will provide weekly updates on active projects, communicate with insurance carriers and property owners, resolve conflicts, audit customer service complaints, and monitor job sites for safety and quality. Additionally, you will attend industry-related trainings and events, and fulfill weekly on-call duties as a manager. Responsibilities

  • Manage and delegate the starting and completion of reconstruction projects.
  • Train and coach team members that produce reconstruction projects.
  • Communicate with customers frequently on project status.
  • Conduct annual, mid-year, and 90-day performance reviews with all direct report team members.
  • Find, hire, and train new team members using Rotor skills set.
  • Conduct Weekly L10 and GSR meetings (traction methodology).
  • Assist in resource management with emergency services.
  • Create work orders for projects.
  • Schedule vendors and subcontractors for repairs to be completed.
  • Manage an on-site Foreman on each project.
  • Order materials and approve purchase orders.
  • Collect account receivables and review estimates as needed.
  • Align budgets with expectations and provide weekly updates on all active projects.
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners.
  • Resolve conflicts with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen.
  • Audit customer service complaints and manage budget expectations.
  • Assist in collections and monitor job sites for safety issues, quality, and training opportunities.
  • Attend industry-related trainings and events.
  • Fulfill weekly manager on-call duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Five plus years of experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration/Construction industry.
  • Experience in construction and construction management/supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Class A or B General Contracting Licenses.
  • Associate Degree or bachelor's degree.
