About the position

The Production Manager at BNIpure will oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes within the facility, ensuring efficient operations across multiple departments. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in dietary supplements manufacturing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation across multiple production departments to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow between departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of production schedules.
• Implement and monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Oversee inventory management, including shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with quality control team to maintain high product quality and address any issues that arise during production.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss production goals, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on production performance, including efficiency, quality, and safety metrics for upper management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on dietary supplements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in shipping and receiving, quarantine, mixing and blending, encapsulation, and compressing.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
