About the position

The Production Manager at Accent Building Restoration is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operations of the branch, including field operations. This role involves overseeing personnel, material acquisition, scheduling, and ensuring efficient and quality services while maintaining good relationships with customers. The Production Manager will work closely with HR to enforce safety practices and will be instrumental in increasing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent ABR in a professional and dignified manner
• Oversee ABR branch operational activities within area of responsibility
• Ensure that the branch maintains profitability
• Market ABR services and products
• Recruit, train, and develop successful employees
• Work with Regional Manager to settle customer complaints and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on sales, estimating, and business strategies
• Audit branch operations and employee performance regularly
• Perform reviews on branch employee performance and take corrective action as needed
• Ensure compliance with ABR policies and procedures during employee training
• Oversee and track projects for profitability and customer satisfaction
• Review and ensure accuracy of timecards and related expenses
• Work with HR to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Requirements

• 2 years of management experience
• 5 years of construction experience
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
• Well-developed management and administrative skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel
• Proficient in Spanish (preferred)
