About the position

Caliber Collision is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily operations within our Nashville service center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all production staff members are effectively supervised and directed. The Production Manager will be responsible for dispatching work assignments to production personnel, ensuring that each team member has a production forecast list to enhance efficiency. Monitoring work quality is a critical aspect of this position, as is providing day-to-day feedback and coaching to the technician staff. The Production Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our center's teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably, adhering to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as the guidelines set forth by our insurance partners and industry standards. In this role, you will be expected to foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members.
  • Dispatch work assignments to production personnel.
  • Ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency.
  • Monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff.
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/Procedures.
  • Prior experience with CCC1 is required.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
