About the position
The position involves supervising salaried personnel and directing manufacturing operations within a specified area of responsibility. The scope includes processing raw materials through production and assembly operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, expediting production, and controlling the flow of materials. The role also requires maintaining controlled accounts of production in process and end products to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production. Additionally, the supervisor must ensure that all employees are directed in a firm, fair, and consistent manner while maintaining a safe and highly productive environment. Conducting area inspections to ensure a safe and harmonious work environment is also a key responsibility. The supervisor is responsible and accountable for ensuring that all safety standards are observed and maintained at all times.

Requirements
