About the position

The Production Manager at Tulkoff Food Products is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process in the Sharonville facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves leading production employees, managing equipment operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and enforce safety guidelines and company standards.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) by production employees.
• Achieve 100% accuracy in product blends and packaging according to specifications.
• Meet daily production targets while operating within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with the Quality Systems Manager to comply with regulatory and auditing standards.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts related to production metrics such as 5S, product yield, and waste reduction.
• Interview, train, and monitor the performance of production employees, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and human resources policies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager in a food & beverage facility.
• Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma; a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
