As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel management, ensuring compliance with integrated management systems, and maintaining workplace safety standards. You will leverage your experience in lean manufacturing and chemical manufacturing to drive operational excellence. Your role will involve defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions to improve production processes. You will also be expected to interpret technical instructions and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee personnel management and ensure effective team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with integrated management systems including QS, IATF, and ISO standards.
  • Maintain strong workplace safety protocols and practices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of personnel management experience required.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing practices.
  • Strong background in workplace safety.
  • Preferred experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; plus, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
