About the position

The Production Manager at Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is responsible for organizing and planning production activities in alignment with sales and delivery schedules. This role involves overseeing various production functions and providing support to field service technicians as needed, ensuring efficient operations across the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job functions related to production including disassembly, cleaning, rework, balance, paint, assembly, and test cell departments.
• Organize and plan production in accordance with sales and delivery schedules and feedback from the materials department.
• Provide support to all production personnel as required.
• Drive improvement in efficiencies across the production floor.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience in aviation, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• FAA Powerplant license.
