The manager will be tasked with developing and implementing production schedules, monitoring production metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the Production Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production environment, ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped to meet the demands of their roles. Requirements
