About The Position
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of cheese further processing at Lipari Foods. This role ensures that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. The manager will supervise approximately 100 hourly employees, 8 production lines, and 4 Production Supervisors, while also collaborating with cross-departmental teams to meet production goals.
