As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will conduct estimates for new and existing clients, engage with local businesses to generate leads, and perform regular property inspections to identify upsell opportunities. Your role will also involve coordinating weekly company meetings, managing crew performance, and enforcing company policies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct estimates for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Engage with local HOAs, realtor offices, and businesses to generate new leads.
  • Attend networking events and perform regular property inspections to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, performing regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly company meetings.
  • Ensure timely responses to assigned tasks and phone calls.
  • Provide coverage for other roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Enforce company policies and manage crew equipment inventory.
  • Oversee crew performance, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee training and reviews, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Manage subcontractors and support crews on job sites.
  • Implement marketing strategies such as yard signs, door hangers, and social media posts.
  • Recruit top talent through job fairs, networking, and other channels.
  • Gather and promote customer reviews on various platforms.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in lawn care management.
  • 1 year of experience in crew management.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Clean background check.
