About the position

The Production Manager will oversee the rebuild team at an established Disaster Restoration company, ensuring that insurance reconstruction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in construction and insurance reconstruction, as well as effective negotiation abilities with insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall production process and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the rebuild team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters.

Requirements

• Construction background that must include at least some insurance rebuild experience.
• Familiarity with Xactimate (must be able to read and understand, do not need to be proficient).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent negotiation skills, particularly with insurance adjusters.
• Familiarity with building codes.
• Experience with restoration industry CRMs such as DASH, Xcelerate, CoreLogic, Salesforce, etc.
