Responsibilities

  • Assist in all phases of the C130J Manufacturing process, including producibility issues, root cause/corrective action, training personnel, and technical problem solution.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems related to aircraft manufacturing processes.
  • Support different shifts as business needs dictate.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities within the manufacturing process.
  • Build effective relationships with the team and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a union and/or team environment.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Experience solving and/or resolving issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) to build charts and graphs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SFM, QADS, VAS, and PDM.
  • Familiarity with C130 airframe, aircraft systems, and subsystems.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
  • Experience with CATIA.
