About the position
The Production Operator 1 role at Hunting Titan, Inc. involves performing shaped charge assembly procedures in a safety-intensive environment. This full-time position requires hands-on assembly work, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The operator will be responsible for operating production presses and maintaining a clean work area while following specific policies and procedures under the supervision of a trainer and Production Foreman.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in a safety-intensive environment where safety is paramount.
- Work on a team while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with safety, quality, and job-specific policies and procedures.
- Take appropriate action when aware of any non-conformance.
- Operate production presses as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Zero to one year of relevant industry experience in shaped charge manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, CE, etc.).
- Good hands-on mechanical aptitude and ability.
- Ability to read, understand, learn, and follow written and verbal safety, quality, and work instructions.
- Must be able to meet ATF & regulatory security requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
