About the position

The Production Operator II at CVS Health is responsible for the verification, labeling, inspection, and production of final container products. This role involves operating production equipment, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. The operator will also assist in investigations of non-conforming results and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP).

Responsibilities

• Verify materials and products as directed by procedures and batch record requirements.
• Label, inspect, and produce final container products using manual and/or automated systems.
• Set up, changeover, and operate labeling and production equipment.
• Perform data entry and generate computer labels.
• Maintain records and production area to comply with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform reconciliation activities and determine compliance to specifications on all lines.
• Assist in the investigation of non-conforming results.
• Perform final production checks of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Review completed batch records for compliance with cGMPs and standard operating procedures.
• Reconcile labeling and product components and determine compliance with specifications.
• Maintain logs, batch records, and documentation in accordance with cGMP specifications and internal procedures.
• Maintain qualification to clean and verify thermoforming equipment and perform inspections and leak testing.

Requirements

• Factory or prior work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Assembly experience
• Quality Control experience
• Light Mechanical industry experience
