About the position

The Production Operator - Inspect position at TTM Technologies involves operating machinery and performing preventative maintenance for the preparation of panels for Soldermask application. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume workload, ensuring safety and compliance with operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, including ovens, and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on machines safely.
• Work with chemicals such as Developer Solution, Alcohol, and Easisolve.
• Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors/managers and suggest procedural changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting safety hazards and issues.
• Handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous waste, as directed by the EHS department.
• Report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
• Participate fully in safety training and follow directions in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Perform other assigned duties as required within the organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and assist other departments as needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work overtime and be flexible with weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
