Responsibilities

• Open rolls and properly stage product for production.
• Wrap finished products and stage them to designated areas.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements among team members.
• Assign work assignments based on daily department needs.
• Ensure quality products are produced and achieve department metrics.
• Complete required paperwork competently.
• Read and understand internal job tickets.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, following safety regulations.
• Set up and change over machines as needed.
• Familiarize with basic machine functions to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• Background in manufacturing, packaging, and quality control.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly line work.
• Basic math skills are required.
