Responsibilities
- Perform various manufacturing tasks including injection, compression, and transfer molding.
- Conduct die-cutting and assembly operations.
- Carry out quality audits and inspections of products.
- Set up and operate machinery and tooling, including presses and robotic automation.
- Enter process data into the ERP system.
Requirements
- One year of manufacturing experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic are essential.
Nice-to-haves
