Operators will engage in detailed assembly operations, utilizing hand tools and following work instructions in accordance with TS16949 and ISO standards. They are expected to review quality alerts before starting their shifts and comply with all quality policies and procedures. The role also involves initiating actions to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality, as well as identifying and recording any issues that arise. Furthermore, operators must report any machine or equipment malfunctions and are responsible for the safe handling and maintenance of all company equipment and tools. In addition to the primary responsibilities, operators may be assigned other reasonable tasks by the team leader or management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates who have two years of relevant work experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, be self-motivated, and work well in a team environment. Knowledge of hand tools is also essential for this role.
