Responsibilities
- Operate various machine sections
- Conduct set-ups and machine adjustments
- Operate/monitor different support systems
- Supply raw materials to systems
- Conduct testing to maintain quality data
- Maintain recycling centers in the area
- Assist in all machine startups/lace-ups
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of 5S
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
- Physical ability to perform essential duties
- Adherence to strict safety policies
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, raw material & process deficiencies
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to recognize and prioritize various tasks/projects
- Ability to work 8 to 12 hours on feet and climb safety ladders
