About The Position

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Production Operators to support the manufacturing production of magnesium injection molded parts and assembly in Eau Claire, WI. The role involves operating injection molding presses, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient communication between shifts.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or eligibility to receive an export authorization under U.S. export control laws

Responsibilities

• Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses
• Keep pace/time with the rate CNC's, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery
• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspection of parts per quality criteria, checking for defects
• Navigate files and locate documents with a computer
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shift and share information with Technicians about problems or process variations
