About the position

The Production Planning Manager will oversee production scheduling and planning at the Texas plant, ensuring efficient operations through collaboration with various teams. This role is crucial for optimizing production plans, managing material strategies, and mitigating risks in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement to verify material availability and create aligned production plans.
• Execute production plans that optimize efficiency, meet customer delivery timelines, and align with capacity forecasts.
• Collaborate across functions to meet supply chain goals and mitigate potential production risks.
• Drive material strategy, collaborating with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to forecast and fulfill orders.
• Manage the scheduling and sourcing of raw materials, aligning with purchase orders and sales projections.
• Coordinate with international manufacturing sites for sourcing and logistics, including operations in France and Thailand.
• Lead project teams to execute complex production schedules, monitoring timelines, costs, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
• Experience with integrated planning/production systems, procurement workflows, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required; Master's preferred.
