About the position

The Production Planning & Operations Support Manager at Halo Industries is responsible for enhancing manufacturing capabilities and operational readiness. This role involves hands-on production planning, supply chain management, and operations support to ensure efficient and high-quality output on pilot and volume manufacturing lines. The position requires collaboration with various teams to streamline processes and integrate systems, while also being deeply engaged in daily operations and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning efforts to align with operational and strategic objectives.
• Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure leadership alignment and plan approval.
• Evaluate capacity and working capital scenarios to support business decisions.
• Coordinate supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Integrate ERP, MES, and MRP systems to meet operational requirements and scalability needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and implement process improvements.
• Develop and execute operational plans to scale production capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations support team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or operations support in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in ERP, MRP, and MES implementation and system integration.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards.
