The Production Program Manager I position at Marotta Controls is a pivotal role that involves overseeing various aspects of project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. The manager will also review and create labor and material plans, control project scope, and prepare monthly Program Review materials. A key responsibility will be to resolve and coordinate project cost, schedule, and technical performance issues, escalating any unresolved issues to higher management levels. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth and supporting significant proposals with related Program Management Office (PMO) inputs. The Production Program Manager is expected to achieve project NRE expenditures within 10% of the Budget at Completion (BAC) and ensure on-time delivery of major milestones within two weeks of the baseline.
