About the position

The Production Quality Inspector at Infotree Global Solutions is responsible for ensuring that medical devices and their components meet stringent quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting inspections, monitoring production lines, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of quality assurance practices, particularly within the medical device sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of medical devices, components, and assemblies at various stages of production.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, documenting test results, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions.
• Identify defects and non-conformities during inspections and collaborate with the production team to address issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to production processes.
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance teams to communicate quality issues and facilitate solutions.
• Ensure full traceability of all products inspected, maintaining records of inspections and actions taken for non-conformance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Experience with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and GMP practices is highly desirable.
