About the position

The Production Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products during the manufacturing process. This position involves monitoring production activities, adhering to regulatory standards, and maintaining product integrity throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and release production suites and equipment.
• Oversee production activities to ensure adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.
• Perform weight verifications and test metal detection equipment.
• Handle line clearance activities and authorize production to proceed.
• Ensure product quality by closely monitoring for defects during production.
• Issue production line labels accurately and on time.
• Record observations and document data meticulously.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
