Responsibilities

  • Perform operational tests and determine product acceptability and quality on a wide variety of medium to complex electronic developmental and production components, subassemblies and stems.
  • Require Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) experience, as well as RF tuning skill to the device level.
  • Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
  • Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams to ensure conformance, performing rework as required.
  • Prepare technical reports, summarize findings and recommend solutions to technical problems.
  • Assist in selecting and setting-up specialized test equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum: HS Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in this area of responsibility to include tuning of RF circuits.
  • Set up, calibration, and operation of Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • Able to work under a microscope using hand tools and measurement tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace or military setting.
  • Current solder experience (J-STD certification).
  • Able to interpret and understand instructions, including technical drawings.
  • Preference for a team-oriented work environment, where all are focused on what matters most - our customer's needs.

  • Active Security Clearance.
