About the position

The Production Services Senior Manager at Clorox is responsible for leading the Production Services team to provide exceptional technical support for key projects related to cost savings, supply assurance, brand maintenance, and technical issue resolution across all Clorox brands. This role involves managing a team of technical professionals, ensuring effective collaboration with various departments, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Production Services team to deliver technical support for key PSO projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Production Services and other departments.
• Develop technical and leadership excellence within the Production Services team.
• Act as a key business partner and leader for PSO and other functional stakeholders.
• Lead a team of technical professionals in the Process and/or Packaging area of Production Services.
• Manage a team of 2-6 direct reports, with potential for up to 10.
• Facilitate personnel rotations for developmental purposes within PSO.
• Maintain a motivated and agile technical team that supports GTS product changes.
• Manage budget and evaluate spending as needed.
• Drive strategic changes across business units and ensure proper support for Production Services.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Supply (Manufacturing, Technical, etc.) and People Management.
• Strong technical and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage up and down the organization effectively.
• Excellent communication and listening skills (oral and written).
• Experience in roles of moderate/high technical level (manufacturing, engineering, technical services, QA, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
