Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the position

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to lead and manage the Production team. This role involves hiring, training, and directing entry-level production staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining inventory control, and promoting a culture of safety in compliance with OSHA regulations. The position is hands-on and requires accountability for daily production flow and overall results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train, and manage entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Emphasize a culture of safety at the location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to handle physical requirements including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
