About The Position
AAM is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Fort Wayne on 2nd shift. The Production Supervisor directly supervises hourly associates and directs resources as required. They oversee the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities, manage the dispersal and distribution of materials for production, and maintain labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule. The supervisor oversees the work of production associates and coordinates with leaders of production support staff, communicates expectations, and provides direction and training. They also monitor work performance and provide feedback, coordinate maintenance of production equipment, and oversee process control and quality process control.
