Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more years' related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Department.
• Set expectations and priorities for operators.
• Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.
• Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of department needs.
• Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are met.
• Build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.
