About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead and manage our 3rd Shift (Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays 9:00 pm - 5:30 am) operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will ensure that production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality. You'll be responsible for equipment performance, staff training, and documentation, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
