About the position

The Production Supervisor/Manager is responsible for overseeing all production and maintenance activities within the facility. This role requires familiarity with OSHA maintenance procedures and experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, ensuring that equipment and personnel operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production and maintenance related issues including equipment and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA related maintenance procedures.
• Manage industrial mechanical maintenance tasks, including electric motors, diesel engines, chains, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in welding.
