About the position

As a Production Supervisor at Contech Engineered Solutions LLC, you will oversee and direct manufacturing operations at the production facility, ensuring optimal production levels while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a collaborative work environment that supports both professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise manufacturing operations from receipt of materials through shipping.
• Establish production schedules aligned with customer demands and create daily work schedules for hourly personnel.
• Assist in hiring and training of new employees.
• Implement all facets of the Environmental Health and Safety program and conduct necessary trainings for employees.
• Create a preventative maintenance program for the facility.
• Plan daily loading schedules and prepare loading combinations for shipping finished products.
• Work with vendors for procurement of manufacturing supplies and conduct full physical inventory activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with manufacturing production and equipment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively interact across multiple levels of the organization.
