About the position
Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of up to 50 production workers in a fast-paced environment. The role involves ensuring effective communication within departments to meet daily production goals and assisting the Production Manager in overseeing plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all plant production and supply employees.
- Stage work daily by department.
- Establish strong communication within departments to accomplish daily goals.
Requirements
- Must be ambitious
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Have good communication skills
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude
- Must be able to work independently, doing physical job functions in the plant on occasion
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
- College degree is a plus
