We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Analyst I to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our software applications and systems in a dynamic production environment. This pivotal role demands a solid technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You'll be working on Above Store platforms and products. Being an escalation point to the Taco Bell service desk. You will answer support calls, address escalations, and collaborate with other Taco Bells teams as needed to resolve issues that come to the Above Store team. You will work on creating new knowledge base articles and or update current knowledge base articles. You will perform production validation testing (PVT) after updates are made to the Above Store platforms and products.
