About The Position
The Production Support Engineer plays a crucial role in the communication and maintenance of engineering information between the factory, suppliers, and contracted labor. This position involves consulting on manufacturing processes, approving engineering deviations, maintaining drawings and bills of materials, and supporting the resolution of build issues. The engineer will work closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing teams to address issues during prototype development and production, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with design engineers and other stakeholders.
