About the position

The Production Support role at ARCH Medical Solutions involves supporting the production team by ensuring the accuracy of the ERP system through regular updates and audits. This position is essential for managing work orders, analyzing reports, and maintaining communication with customers regarding purchase orders and invoices. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by ensuring accuracy of the ERP system through regular updates and audits.
• Issue, organize, and update all Work Orders.
• Run monthly reports and analyze errors, including timecards, attendance, efficiency, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Receive, review, acknowledge, and post all Customer Purchase Orders (POs).
• Support contract oversight and reconcile dates, quantities, and pricing between the ERP and customer interfaces.
• Assist in responding to customer change requests and support production in communications with buyers.
• Compile Open Order Reports and send commitments to buyers.
• Lead customer correspondence for all POs, invoices, and change orders, maintaining ERP accuracy.
• Support document control on all Work Orders.
• Perform daily invoicing and assist with accounts receivable (AR) duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Functional understanding and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of core manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, assembly, and inspection.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing sequence of operations.
