  • Work closely with the Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineers to respond to machine alarm errors, malfunctions, and stoppages.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to resolve process issues that impede production.
  • Interact with a Team Coordinator, the subject matter expert on the assembly line.
  • Utilize advanced quality tools for troubleshooting and related manufacturing support.
  • High School Diploma is required; 2-year technical college degree is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills such as flexibility, dependability, and independence are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Team player who can build positive working relationships.
  • Previous experience with leading teams and continuous improvement events are preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred.
